eat:peanut butter cookie dough

Sometimes I get a craving for cookie dough. I can't help it. I'll make biscuits just so I can eat the dough. Usually there's enough batter left to cook some.

Today I came across this recipe on Pinterest (where else?). It's from Chocolate Covered Katie, a healthy desserts recipe blog. I had the ingredients and I love peanut butter so I went ahead and tried it. Yum! I think this will be my default cookie-dough-craving-satisfier (spell check just lost it). The recipe doesn't make too many and while I can't pretend that eating that much peanut butter in one hit is necessarily good for you, no sugar and (for me at the minute) no flour makes this 100% guilt free. I think it would make a great snack to tide me over between getting home from work and eating dinner.

I didn't end up rolling into balls or anything. My food processor container has a lid so I just put what was left straight in the fridge. I'm not sure it will last too much longer anyway.
