It was 8pm and we hadn't had dinner. There was chicken defrosted but very little in the way of veges. We did however have a tomato, an onion, some mushrooms and some cheese. Pizza it is!
We loosely used this recipe for the base, bbq sauce and the ingredients mentioned above. We ran out of plain flour about 1 1/2 cups in so substituted self raising flour. Also, probably should have waited the whole 30mins for the dough to rise, but as previously mentioned it was 8pm and I was hungry, so we only left it for 15minutes. Still tasted good. Really really good. B added egg to his second base and saved it for breakfast. I put a few slices into my favourite Pyrex dish for lunch the next day.
